Best Buy is planning to start selling refurbished iPhones. The 8GB and 16GB phones will retail for $149 and $249, respectively. The prices for the new phones will be $199 and $299. As our readers may recall, Wal-Mart remains the best place for buying new iPhones , where you can get one for $2 less than at other places.
